Q: Is everything in your shop handmade?

A: Yes, everything is handmade by Naila who is the designer, the creative artist and the maker behind Naila Ahmad London. She prints everything herself, using self-carved lino stamps and wooden blocks.


Q: Can I only purchase through your website?

A: You can shop via our website and Etsy.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only post within UK at the moment


Q: How much is shipping?

A: We post on 2nd class postage but can post 1st class upon request


Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: We post 2nd class so it shoud be with you within couple of days within UK


Q: What carrier do you use?

A: We only use Royal Mail. We ship 2nd Class unless requested otherwise.


Q: How can I cancel/change/return my order?

A: Currently, we are not accepting returns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But if you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us and we'll try our best to resolve the issue. To avoid any problems, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing for detailed photos or any queries. We do not accept returns on SALE items


Q: I would like to know more about your products.

A: All our fabrics are bought within UK, we sometimes use high street fabrics and designer fabrics and they all come from certified sources. We use all these fabrics to make soft furnishings for example: cushions, bags, purses, tea towels, eye pillows and small lavender cushions.


Q: Are your products eco-friendly?

A: Yes, we work with calico, cotton, linens and eco-friendly inks and paints all made in the UK. 


Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

A: Yes, we use brown wrapping paper, tissue paper, jute twine, tags from recycled materials and postage boxes that are easily recyclable. We only use plastic bags for the cushions.


Q: Can I request for custom orders?

A: Yes, we love working on commissions for example: Mother's Day, Father's Day, teacher's gift ideas etc. Please get in touch for any queries you have.


Q: When will you resume your workshops?

A: As you know, we love hosting workshops and sprinkling the magic of handmade and teaching new skills. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to hold any workshops. But please stay tuned on our social media for news.
